Everyday Pyramid/ Everyday Triad

This is our everyday triad. Each and everyday we must do these three things, i.e., sleep properly, eat healthy and engage in physical activity.

A neglect of one will affect the other two. For example, Improper diet will affect your level of physical activity and will also disturb your sleep. Excessive sleeping will result in lethargic feeling and tendency to eat more or less.
