These divisions are self-imposed on us and created by us only and we have become the guardians of these boundaries. We are one, You, Me, Everyone! There is a common thread, a common pulse, a common beat among all of us. If we can shatter these boundaries and live as one, the humankind can do wonders. We can create Heaven on earth. And not just the humankind, when you think of all living matter and nonliving objects too on the planet, there is common frequency among all of us and among all the Universe! Fitness Philosophy

Going by the above definition, being fit is able to carry out a task or an act effectively. The standard of fitness varies with a person's age but we have many examples around the globe showing people achieving feats which appear impossible at their age. So age is just a number in the mind. Getting Fit If one has become overweight or obese by any reason, I feel if the person gives it a deep thought how did he reach there, he himself will get an answer. Overeating, not carrying out any activity, depression... The reasons can be many... But the mental block can be broken by carrying out any activity. Some rules are straight out simple :- 1) Calories burnt (energy expenditure) should be greater than the calories consumed (energy consumed) if you are trying to lose weight. 2) You will have to do some physical activity to burn those calories

Both these molecules give the "Kick", which makes the person to light up everytime. We consider ourselves highest among the living organisms kingdom, the most recent and evolved in the evolution chain.                Humans are gifted with the cortical thinking ability which other species don't have and a consciousness like no one else on the planet. We are responsible not only for our own existence but also for all the plant and animal life on the earth. Over the ages, in the name of development we have displaced both plant and animal kingdom from their natural habitat. Dimensions of Health

The World Health Organization defines 'Health' as "a state of physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." Some authors recommend to add the spiritual dimension also to the definition of health. Others have even suggested that the financial/ economic standpoint of a person is also important in determining the health of a person.

Everyday Pyramid/ Everyday Triad

This is our everyday triad. Each and everyday we must do these three things, i.e., sleep properly, eat healthy and engage in physical activity. A neglect of one will affect the other two.
